Capital Punishment Referendums

Capital Punishment Referendums
by
James Bredin
They don’t say capital punishment because that’s a mortal sin,
No hanging, gassing, electric chair as they play the violin,
Pompous politicians banned it as though they were profound,
Politically correct with their heads down deep in the ground.
In fact they want to open the prison gates and let them out,
And they just might do it because they have a lot of clout,
Because you and I are merely numbers who seldom vote,
No binding referendums so politicians act on remote.
Can’t bring back the lash either because that too would be cruel,
Decisions like that would not be according to their party rule,
And criminals and terrorists have rights in Trudeau’s Charter,
They tend to behave as though they could be right-wing martyrs.

Laws, guns and Canadian referendums
Laws, Guns and Canadian referendums
By
James Bredin
If you commit a crime with a handgun, you'll do the time,
A year at home on probation they say and that should do fine,
Goody-two-shoe Canadian politicians know a thing or two,
And if you are under eighteen, your name is secret and taboo.
A second offence may indeed get you some slight time in jail,
But you may have to wait ten years on legal aid while on bail,
But if you are only sixteen, your name still can't be mentioned,
This is what a lack of binding referendums has accomplished.
You will have to stop waving your gun at poor people on the street,
And no more stabbing people because that could be indiscreet,
But your legal-aid lawyer and the Young Offenders Act,
Will get you off lightly and completely and that’s a fact.

The Canadian Juvenile Offenders Act
The Canadian Juvenile Offenders Act
By
James Bredin
The young criminal was given life but is already out on parole,
Politically correct politicians are all on a roll,
And we still don’t know his name because it can’t be published by law,
And they won’t admit that the Juvenile Offenders Act is a flaw.
And binding referendums are not allowed, so you are shut out,
Elected politicians pretend they don’t know what this is about,
It appears that the people are being led around by chain,
And no referendums for those who believe, behave and maintain.
If you are an ordinary person, your ideas don’t apply,
And all this information is concealed so don't even try,
Binding referendums are now illegal as they have their way,
And because you likely didn’t vote, you have nothing to say.

Canadian Incoming refugee

Canadian incoming refugee
By
James Bredin
He claimed refugee status at the airport when he arrived,
He thought he might be deported if he admitted aids, so he lied,
And then he was released and told to come back another time,
So he claimed welfare in the ghetto and lived a life of crime.
And after five years of sex and crime, he surfaced once more,
With a gun in his hand, two in his belt with a lady whore,
He said he couldn't be deported because of Trudeau's Charter,
Human rights, he said, and if they sent him back he'd be a martyr.
Apparently they wanted him for various crimes over there,
Politically correct refugee board said that that wasn't fair,
So the rumor is, he now works for them making decisions,
Politically correct Charter multicultural precision.

Referendums # 12
By
James Bredin
No one knows why they seem to want a million refugees,
Mysterious reasons they certainly don’t want you to see,
And Trudeau’s trumped up Charter gave the whole world our rights,
It said “Everyone” instead of “Canadians” but that’s alright.
Politicians claim that human rights is important to them,
And so their appointed Supreme Court is loath to condemn,
They have government programs for every eventuality,
And you don’t vote so you can’t even question their mentality.
And of course our politicians are all opposed to this suggestion,
This very idea of referendums gives them complete indigestion,
They were elected in an election where few people bothered to vote,
Please don’t shake the tree with referendums because they’re on remote.
